How do you produce Gray Tuxedo & Dilute Calico kittens?

I understand tuxedo is just a coat color, not a breed. But I was wondering what color(s) do the parents have to be to get tuxedo? Also how do you get a Gray Tuxedo and/or "dilute" Calicos(Gray/white/orange)?? Just curious... Thanks
