Is Gennady Golovkin the best middleweight in the world right now, easily?

Personally I think Dmitry Pirog is Martinez' most deserving challenger. Golovkin has a good record but Pirog is ranked higher and has been a top ten fighter for longer than Golovkin. I'd like to see them fight, they could unify the WBO and WBA titles and the winner fight Martinez.
