HELP is my cat considered a calico?

Now i know most calicos are females BUT there are sum calico males... My question is i have two cats from the same litter and one (jynxx) is a torti calico and the other(ace) is all black tabby with a few frosted tips. Is Ace considered a cAlico too and if not wat is he? :D
