Should i continue to ignore next door neighbour that's acting like a coward, despite fancying me?

My next door neighbour has a thing for me, but i started ignoring him because his mum doesn't like me for whatever reason and has told all of her family to pretend like they can't see me, cross the road when they see me coming, go back into the house, and just avoid me at all costs. I have never done anything to this woman, she's actually trying to get a disabled neighbour thrown out of her house. She's a real snob and a cockroach.Anyway he joined in for over six months avoiding me, and pretending not to see me. At first id be really polite and say can't you say good morning?Because me and him used to joke, he called my phone once, but my sister used to tease me about how obvious it was that he had a thing for me. Anyway i got tired of being disrespected so i've been doing it back to him...and he doesn't like it. It's gotten to the point where he's literally parked right in front of my house and just sat there waiting to see if i'd say hello. And how convenient he's started talking to my family again..JERK.Anyway i was almost tempted to start speaking to him again, but he parked his car in front of ours, and then quickly parked it back in their families driveway, like he couldn't be seen being close to my family. I just thought that was really pathetic. Nothings gonna change is it, he's not gonna suddenly grow a backbone, and his own thought. Do i just leave it and if so...how do i ensure i let this go and just move on? This guy's 30 and i'm 26 this is ridiculous..How?
