Is a 14 Year Old Boy Enough For Ninjutsu?

Yes , Mostly people around don't know that Ninjutsu even exist. Probably because of western influence.After thinking of it , I Wanted to learn a specific and effective art. I just don't like getting pushed around and being afraid. I'm not a coward. I can Fight but it's not effective enough. The thing I want to know is Values and many things about Ninjutsu. I can't Travel to Japan For I'm studying here in the Philippines. I got a Teacher that is a 15th dan. I can train with some friends with privacy in our Dojo. The Question is am i worthy and do you think I can definitely learn it? is it hard? will you need to Commited to this art for life?
