Can I make a wild kitten friendly?

My neighbor found these kittens, and they gave me one. I'd say he's around 10 weeks and he's a calico. My parents brought him home today, but he kept hissing and kept his ears back. Then he ran away and hid, Should I look for him or let him get used to the house? And how do I let him like warm up to me?
